My journey began at KPMG in Gurgaon, India, where I enhanced team efficiency by mentoring executive accountants and streamlining audit workflows, building a strong foundation in audit management. After moving to Canada, I obtained my CPA in Ontario, reflecting my dedication to advancing in the Canadian financial sector.

In 2020, I joined Ernst & Young LLP in Toronto, leading audit engagements, training junior staff, and collaborating closely with clients. I prepared audit and tax work papers, conducted substantive testing, and managed the entire audit process.

In 2022, I became a Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting at Hudson’s Bay Company, overseeing journal entries, managing reconciliations, and supporting external audits. I also assisted in preparing financial statements for board presentations and compliance calculations.

Currently, as a Senior Corporate Accountant at RioCan REIT in Toronto, I compile financial statements, perform variance analysis, and support audits. My role includes tenant reviews and preparing reports for management.
