I am a licensed Architect in both Ontario (OAA) and the Philippines (PRC), as well as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Achieving a top 20 rank in the architectural licensing examination in the Philippines was a significant milestone in my career. Following this, I completed the required architectural internship and examination in Ontario, Canada, to become a licensed architect in the region.

My professional experience encompasses a wide range of projects, including commercial/retail, residential, institutional, industrial, and recreational developments across Canada and Southeast Asia. I have extensive expertise in managing the full project life cycle, from initial programming and project development to comprehensive project management. This includes conducting feasibility studies, schematic design, design development, zoning and site plan approval (SPA) applications, code compliance, project documentation for tender and permit applications, and overseeing contract administration and construction management.

With my extensive experience and diverse project portfolio, I bring a deep understanding of the architectural and project management processes.
