I am a bilingual Canadian and US Board Certified Dentist, currently a Clinical Orthodontics Resident and Master’s student at the University of Manitoba. I possess a Canadian D.M.D. degree, an Egyptian BDS degree, and a Master’s in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from Egypt, giving me a comprehensive foundation in dentistry and orthodontics.

As an International Dentistry Graduate, I successfully transitioned into the Canadian healthcare system by excelling in the AFK exam in 2019, the same year I moved to Canada. This achievement led to my acceptance into the IDDP program at the University of Saskatchewan, where I earned my Canadian D.M.D. degree in 2021. I have since practiced as a fully licensed dentist in Ontario and Alberta

My commitment to professional growth led me to pursue an Orthodontics Residency at the University of Manitoba, where I am working towards my specialty license. I also recently passed the INBDE, further enhancing my credentials in the US.

Throughout my journey, I have navigated numerous challenges, gained extensive experience, and developed a deep understanding of the recertification process for dentists in Canada. I have also actively mentored and supported colleagues in pursuing similar pathways, helping them successfully establish their careers in the Canadian dental field.
