As an internationally educated engineering graduate from Niger, I successfully obtained my Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) license in 2019, meeting all requirements and leveraging industry connections that significantly aided my subsequent job search.

Currently, I serve as a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer at Johnson Controls, where I lead the development and implementation of decarbonization strategies for a diverse portfolio of government, commercial, and industrial clients. My expertise in sustainable energy is further reinforced by my certification as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) with the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy from Carleton University. In recognition of my contributions to the field, I was honored as one of the Top 100 professionals in Canada by Top 100 magazine in New York in 2023.
