Snober Khan
As a licensed architect with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) since 2022, I bring over eight years of experience across Canada and India. After earning my Master of Architecture from the University of Waterloo in 2018, I strategically completed the Internship in Architecture Program (IAP) in Toronto, gaining diverse project experience aligned with the Canadian Experience Record Book (CERB). My rigorous preparation and networking efforts led to my successful completion of the Examination for Architects in Canada (EXACs).
My expertise spans the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and specialized requirements for long-term care facilities, reflecting the growing demand in Canada. Additionally, I actively mentor new immigrants through the Society of South Asia Architects (SOSA), helping them navigate the Canadian architecture landscape.
In India, I earned a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch, Honours) from the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi. I was awarded first place in the national 'Retrofitting Building Facades for Better Efficiency' competition, which included attending an international conference in Germany on energy-efficient technologies.
